Twin Ports Decants was established due to Dylan Newman’s passion for fragrances and the stories and emotions that they tend to invoke. He began collecting fragrances in June 2025, and it very quickly became more than just wanting to smell good to him. The burning passion for fragrances grew to the point where online discussions about fragrances wasn’t enough anymore, he desperately wanted to share his collection with as many people as possible so that everyone can have a chance to experience this amazing world of fragrance he has come to love so greatly.
